Justice’s foundation in catering began early, working alongside his father for many years in a family-owned catering business. This hands-on experience instilled a deep respect for culinary craftsmanship, service execution, and operational discipline principles that continue to guide the company today.
Complimenting his industry experience, Justice brings a strong academic and financial background to the business. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Iowa State University and later completed his Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona Global Campus, equipping him with advanced expertise in finance, analytics, and strategic operations. This blend of culinary heritage and financial acumen allows AJ’s Catering to operate with both refined hospitality and disciplined business execution.
